Baron Empain Palace (photo gallery 24) It was established by (Edouard Louis Joseph Empain) in the period between (1907-1911 AD), a businessman and manufacturer of Belgian origin, who was granted the title (Baron) by the King of Belgium due to the great economic successes he achieved. The French architect Alexandre Marcel was commissioned to build this architectural masterpiece.
