Among these facilities, which date back once again to the initial 1 / 2 of the 8th century AH corresponding to 14 AD, during which Sultan al-Nasir Muhammad annexed the wealthy facilities, we look for a mosque established by Prince Shihab al-Din Ahmed bin Aqush al-Aziz al-Muhmandar, the captain of the Egyptian armies in the entire year 725 AH corresponding to 1324 AD in al-Tabbaneh Street. Among the Hanafi jurists, and in the entire year 1135 AH corresponding to 1722 AD, Suleiman Agha al-Qazdughli renovated it, built a minaret for this and provided it with a pulpit.

This minaret contains three base floors and an octagonal body as much as the balcony of the muezzin (and this part is Mamluk), and the 3rd part is renovated in the 18th century AD and features a conical top that follows the pattern of the era. This building is one of the most important remaining Islamic buildings in the center of Ottoman Cairo. I highly recommend you to go to this charming place as soon as possible.
